Privacy policy
Lead Gen Digital Marketing collects only what you send us and uses it only to do the work you asked for. This page says what that means in practice.
What we collect
The quote form collects your name, business, email, phone if you give it, and what you want to mail. Orders collect the artwork you upload, the mailing lists you upload, and billing details handled by our payment processor, who never shares full card numbers with us.
Mailing lists you upload
A list you upload is used for your mailing and for nothing else. It is processed through USPS address-hygiene services (CASS, DPV, NCOALink), stored encrypted for the life of the job and any repeat drops you schedule, and deleted on request or ninety days after the last mailing. We do not sell, rent, share or mail to your list for anyone else, and we do not add your customers to any other list.
Lists you buy from us
Purchased lists are licensed from national data compilers for the use you bought (single-use, multi-use or twelve-month). They are compiled from public records and opt-in sources and are suppressed against the DMA do-not-mail file on request. Recipients can opt out of our clients' mailings by contacting us; we honor every request within one business day.
Website visitors
We count page views on our own server rather than through a third-party analytics service, and we do not build advertising profiles from it. A short-lived first-party cookie records which channel brought you here so we know what is working; it carries no identifier and expires when you close your browser. The retargeting service we offer clients runs on their sites, under their privacy policies, not on this one.
We email you about your quote and your orders. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
To see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email hello@leadgendigitalmarketing.com. We answer within five business days. California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other state residents have additional rights under their state laws, which we honor on request.
