Flyers are the fastest print piece there is: one sheet, one message, printed today and handed out, posted, stuffed in bags or mailed tomorrow. We print them on a heavy 100lb gloss text that does not curl in a hand or a rack, or on 14pt cover when you want something that feels like a card.
Because we are a mail shop first, a flyer can also become a mailing. An 8.5×11 flyer qualifies for EDDM as printed, and folded to letter size it mails at Marketing Mail letter rates to any list.
Which flyer size?
8.5×11 is the standard for handouts, bulletin boards and EDDM. 5.5×8.5 (half-sheet) halves the cost and fits a bag stuffer or a counter stack. 4×6 is a handbill. 11×17 is a poster-flyer for windows and events, and folded in half it is still an EDDM-eligible mailer.

100lb gloss text is the flyer standard: bright, sharp color, thin enough to fold, stiff enough to hand out. 80lb matte text is the choice when the flyer carries a lot of reading and you do not want glare. 14pt cover turns a flyer into a card that stands up on a counter and survives a mailbox, which is what you want for EDDM.
Turning a flyer into a mailing
Add the EDDM indicia and the "Local Postal Customer" block to the back of an 8.5×11 flyer and it can go to every door on a carrier route for $0.26 postage. Fold it to letter size, tab it, and it can be addressed to a purchased or house list at Marketing Mail rates. How much do 500 flyers cost?
500 full-color 8.5×11 flyers on 100lb gloss text start at $79 printed on one side and about $99 on two sides. 1,000 start at $109 and 5,000 at $289. Shipping or local pickup is extra; mailing is priced separately on the EDDM and postcard pages.
Can you print flyers the same day?
Yes. Standard 8.5×11 flyers on gloss text ordered with approved artwork by 10am can ship or be picked up the same business day. Most other sizes and stocks are next business day.
Can flyers be mailed with EDDM?
Yes. An 8.5×11 flyer meets EDDM size rules as printed. We add the indicia and address block, bundle the flyers with facing slips and deliver them to the post office; postage is $0.26 per piece.
